Sessions are $10 (can be reduced as needed), via check or PayPal to Temple Beth El of City Island.

All participants must have a standard consent on file for each embodied spirituality program/teacher (e.g. Feldenkrais, Yoga, Qi Gong / T’ai Chi). Please contact the facilitator to be guided through that process.
