Bird Walk – Nosh – Build the Sukkah

Join us for a jam-packed Sunday of fun!  Many hands make light work getting the sukkah up.  You can attend any of these, but we encourage you to attend all if you can!

9 AM:  Bird Walk (details below)

11:30 ish:  Nosh together back at TBE

12:30 ish:  Put up the Sukkah!  The sukkah is kind of “lego style” and goes up pretty easily if we have a lot of volunteers.  Roll up your sleeves and join us.

BIRD WALK:  Join Board Member Jack Rothman (NYC Bird Alliance Guide and founder of the City Island Birding Club) for an easy stroll through Pelham Bay Park, searching for local and fall migratory bird species. MEET AT: Aileen B. Ryan Recreational Complex parking lot in Pelham Bay Park South
WEAR: Long pants and sturdy shoes
BRING: A snack and water; binoculars (we have extras)
DRIZZLE – WE GO
POURING – WE DON’T
A slow walk of a mile or two
